ADORNER’s music is a journey that blurs the lines between ethereal, psychedelic, and fiery progressive rock. The project is the brainchild of singer-songwriter Madeline Stadel. Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, ADORNER’s sound is defined by Madeline’s powerful vocals, lush keyboards and other-worldly synths; all heightened and fully realized by her masterful band mates, Ryan (drums), Levee (bass), and El Tres Da Nova (guitar). With a sound often described as "intricate, and proggy ," ADORNER has spent the last 4 years captivating audiences across Milwaukee, Chicago, and into the greater Midwest as a whole.

Following the release of their debut album, ASCENSION, which was featured in 88.9 Radio Milwaukee and Milwaukee Magazine, ADORNER has performed at notable venues like Vivarium (MKE), Schubas (CHI), and made appearances at prominent festivals such as Summerfest and Chill On The Hill (MKE). Currently, they are crafting their upcoming new heavy progressive album, set for a 2026 release.

Since their formation in 2018, Wonderful Bluffer has sought nothing more than to disarm and enchant audiences with the undying spirit of rock n’ roll. In the years since, the Milwaukee-based rock band has managed to craft a style of music all their own, with influences spanning many genres.

Known for their high-energy live performances, the band seeks nothing more than to share their music with anyone willing to come and listen to what they have to offer. Shows are consistently filled with dueling guitar and keyboard solos accompanied by howling, ethereal vocals, all supported by the bone crunching rhythms of distorted basses and thunderous drums.

In the present day, Wonderful Bluffer continues to share their brand of top shelf rock n roll; providing electric evenings of entertainment to crowds at renowned venues and festivals across the Midwest and beyond.

Stone Theory: From the woods of Wisconsin, Stone Theory blends inspiration from both classic and modern psych/ prog-rock influences, creating electrifying live shows. Their music invites you to lose yourself in its mesmerizing grooves and vivid sonic landscapes.

The stray bales are a 4 piece alternative bluegrass band out of Northeast Wisconsin just North of Green bay and we have a love for old time string music, but blend in a mix of punk and hip hop vibes to our music to give our own unique sound along with improvisations and instrumental jams as well to keep our listeners entertained and guaranteed to have you dancing like a Wisco Disco!

The flashing energy and party rock atmosphere of the 80s is what Sixx Gunns Loaded brings to every show. Transforming your venue into the Whiskey a Go Go on the Sunset Strip. Sixx Gunns Loaded will get people on their feet, singing out their favorite lyrics, and jamming out to each guitar solo. They play the hits from all your favorite 80s groups including Guns N' Roses, Motley Crue, Poison, Bon Jovi, Joan Jett, AC/DC, & Van Halen. BAMM (Bo Allen Messer Music) is a genre-blending band from Madison, Wisconsin, known for its high-energy performances, roots-driven sound, and improvisational flair. With over 100 shows played in its first year, a debut album (Shifting Tides) gaining airplay, and a successful multi-state tour under its belt, BAMM is quickly building momentum. Led by guitarist and songwriter Bo Messer, the band features violin, drums, keys, and bass, drawing on backgrounds in blues, funk, folk, southern rock, and composition to create a rich and dynamic musical experience.

Frugal Stu & the Coupons is a proto-post-ironic disco-funk-fusion band from the future, hailing from Milwaukee, WI. Forming in 2017, the band's music is the brainchild of keyboard player and composer Glenn McCormick who creates music that has been described by Breaking & Entering - Milwaukee as “ the perfect pallets for incredibly gifted musicians to show for their individual talents.” These gifted musicians include guitarist Connor Peck, John Julka on the Fender bass, with Keenan McAuliffe and Zach Hubert producing deep grooves from the rhythm section.  Together they create a sound that is palpable and contagious to the ear!

Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Circadian Rhythm weaves together diverse musical genealogies, playing music that is at once recognizable and uniquely authentic. Circadian Rhythm draws on influences from rock, funk, reggae, and blues creating tasty grooves that will have you on your feet and dancing! Connected by friendship and a desire to challenge one another to push their musical boundaries, Circadian Rhythm is determined to forge a new sonic path through the Wisconsin music scene. 

Collin hails from Sheridan, Wyoming, where wide-open spaces and a healthy blue-collar chip on his shoulder helped shape his sound. With his musical roots wrapped around the storytelling of Jamey Johnson, the grit of John Fogerty, and the edge of James Hetfield, Collin delivers a brand of country that leans dark, honest, and unapologetically raw. Blending outlaw country with a heavier, rock-infused backbone, his sound walks the line between tradition and rebellion. Built for backroads, barrooms, and wherever real stories still matter.

Get on down here every last Wednesday of the month for our open pick with The Dusty Struggle Band!! Just bring an instrument, and sign up for a slot to play with the band! It is encouraged that you play a familiar tune, or have some notes for the band so they play along. All styles welcome! Bluegrass, Country, Americana, Singer-Songwriter! 

The Jesse Garwood Club—made up of Noah Strothers on bass, Adam Blackwood on drums and Jesse Garwood on vocals and guitar—performs Jesse Garwood’s original music. Jesse is an indie pop-rock singer and songwriter based in Milwaukee, WI; after teaching herself how to play guitar 3 years ago, she quickly fell in love with songwriting and has since written well-over 100 songs. Jesse got her start performing at open mics in Milwaukee and now plays at venues like Uptowner, Sugar Maple, Linnemans and Summerfest!

Venturer is a conceptual project that tells tales of redemption and romance interwoven in a land of myths and magic! They play "story-rock," and their sound is a mix of rock, funk, jazz, and folk, featuring improvisation and unique song structures. Their lineup consists of keytar, guitar, drums, bass, saxophone, and vocal harmonies. 

Mas Verde is an indie rock band that combines classic rock influences with modern indie rock and pop sensibilities. The perfect culmination of nostalgia and new, all packed into an energetic and fun package.

Rachel Drew is a singer-songwriter from Chicago, celebrated for her soulful voice and catchy, self-penned tunes that blend pop, rock, folk, and retro soul. Her latest album, Old Sky New, has been recognized as one of the 13 Best Chicago Albums of 2024 by the Chicago Sun-Times and WBEZ/Vocalo-NPR. Rachel’s music has been featured on NPR’s Great American Folk Show and WFMT’s legendary Midnight Special program.

Mark Guarino of the Chicago Sun-Times writes of Rachel’s latest album, ““Rachel Drew has planted a flag for putting in the hours, and here are the spoils… finely crafted songs torched with Drew’s sumptuous voice and pulsing with nimble guitarwork… There isn’t a chorus that isn’t immediately catchy, but the allure is the deeper yearning — for a former confidant, outside connection, or unrequited love.”

PULLSTRING: Midwest Britpop, Alt-Rock, Pop-Punk in denial… you get the idea. Hailing from Minneapolis, Pullstring’s nostalgic brand of alt-rock channels the energy of the ’90s and early 2000s. Paying homage to influences like Green Day and The Replacements, the band delivers a high-energy live show anywhere there’s a PA and a crowd willing to listen.

Underneath the driving guitars and infectious melodies, Pullstring explores the tension and tenderness of being a young adult in the 2020s. Their lyrics confront loneliness, shifting identity, and the early sparks of relationships with honesty and relatability. Yet even in their most vulnerable moments, the band threads in a sense of humor and lightness that keeps their sound warm and inviting.

5PM to Nowhere:  

Milwaukee indie rock voyagers 5pm to Nowhere are quickly becoming a group to watch coming out of the Midwest. Walking in the footsteps of alternative icons such as Coldplay, Death Cab For Cutie, and Jimmy Eat World, their combination of earnest songwriting with sticky hooks and visceral performances has earned them much recognition for both their live and studio output, as they continue their sonic expedition into territories both nostalgic and unknown.

High-energy country with a soulful edge. Whiskey Nickel blends the grit of the classics with the polish of modern hits, driven by Nicolette Parada’s powerhouse vocals and a band that hits like a freight train. Originals, covers, and a live show that connects from the first note to the last call.

Formed in Bucca di Beppo’s (not the popular Italian-American family-style restaurant chain, but just an actual basement owned by a guy named Joe) Field Trip began as a musical experiment: What would popular songs from the late 1900s sound like if they were played by us? Could we hit the high notes on Whitney Houston’s cover of the Queen of Nashville’s ‘I Will Always Love You’? What would happen if we blend the theme song from the hit 1980s film Back To The Future with the erotic stylings of Marvin Gaye? To this day, we still ask these fundamental questions, and also why Andy continues to be the way that he is.

For us, music is about the search for possibilities. As Tom Petty once said, “the future was wide open,” and for Field Trip, it is. It truly is.

Lost Pyramids is an improvisational, genre-blending jam band that keeps it fresh on stage with dynamic grooves and spacey jams. With an eclectic mix of originals heavily influenced by the music of Phish and the Grateful Dead with a hint of jazz fusion, you never know what you’re gonna get.

Hailing from the small-town heart of Northern Wisconsin, contemporary country artist Gundo (Ethan Gunderson) is gaining attention for his gritty vocals, honest songwriting, and authentic Midwestern sound. After first stepping on stage in 2022, Gundo quickly found his voice as both a performer and songwriter, building a growing grassroots following through his raw, heartfelt music.

After years of working on the road pouring concrete, Gundo made the decision to leave his job behind and fully commit to pursuing music. That leap of faith pushed him to the studio to record his debut EP Chose For Life and begin taking his songs to stages across the Midwest.

Now nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year, Gundo continues to turn heads with his powerful voice and honest storytelling. With singles “Twisted” and “Sippin Heavy” streaming on all platforms and more music on the way, he is currently booking shows into 2026 as his fanbase continues to grow.
